FUJIPRO Series
Offering excellent emulsification, water solubility, moisture-retention, binding and other properties, high-purity soy protein isolate is applied for enhancing and stabilizing the quality of processed meat products such as ham and sausage, as well as adding chewiness to fish paste and other processed seafood products. "Fujipro Series," the soy protein isolate, is an extract of high-purity soy globulin in a powdered form, which displays exceptional gel-forming and emulsification properties. The product, as with eggs and milk, has a brilliant essential amino acid balance and, hence, it is widely used for health and medicinal foods. The Fujipro Series is also in use as a functional ingredient for "foods for specified health use" targeted for those who are concerned with high cholesterol levels.
